Server - Breakers West

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fine dining setting is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and execute new skills
• Basic math and computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and positive demeanor
• Take food and beverage orders and ring them in the Micros system
• Upsell and explain daily specials to guests
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and outside seating areas
• Stock food and beverage needs for the day and complete closing side work
• Maintain cleanliness of salt and pepper shakers, sugar caddies, and back-of-the-house areas
• Clean coffee urns and ice tea machines at the end of the day
