Description of responsibilities
- Take meal and drink orders
- Serve meals in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
- Explain daily specials and menu items
- Clean and set up the dining room
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required experience
- A high school diploma/GED
- Previous experience in fine dining preferred

- Interest in working with a senior population
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
