Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class, gracious service in a fine-dining environment
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Share deep knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails as a storyteller
• Maintain flawless execution and high standards of service
• Work cleanly, organized, and collaboratively as part of a team
• Operate a POS system and handle basic math for transactions

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine-dining atmosphere
• Exceptional communication skills
• Extensive food and wine knowledge
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• At least 18 years of age
