Responsibilities

• Maintain complete working knowledge of:
  • Proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations
  • All liquor brands, beers, and wines
  • Resort offerings
  • All company policies and procedures
  • Safety practices
• Set-up function rooms and spaces, including tables, linens, food and beverage stations, and other event components according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and supervisor’s instructions.
• Serve food and beverage in accordance with standards and instructions from supervisors and management.
• Support room refreshes and cleaning as needed.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Ensure appearance of food and beverages being served meets standards.
• Keep all event and work spaces organized, maintained, and visually appealing.
• Break down function rooms and/or breaks at the conclusion of functions.
• Maintain cleanliness of all storage and work areas.
• Perform additional support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to verbally communicate and hear.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Must be able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours minimum per day.
• High school diploma.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $2.33–$6.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by factors including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location.

$500 sign-on bonus with a tiered payout structure contingent on employment status and hours worked.

Schedule

Part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 4:00 AM and 1:00 AM.
