Server Attendant - The Loft

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server team with stocking, cleaning, and managing the flow of your section.
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins.
• Pre-bus and bus tables during service, assisting servers with service steps as needed.
• Clean spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working order while adhering to cleaning and safety standards.
• Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout meal service.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create "WOW" moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic communication skills.
• Food and beverage experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
• Ability to push and pull food-serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds semi-regularly.

Pay

The base hourly wage for this position is $17.90.
