About the role

As a Server Attendant, you’ll assist the Server team’s needs, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll set and reset tables, pre-bus and bus tables during service, and maintain a clean, safe, and polished environment. Your role includes handling equipment, refilling beverages, and creating WOW moments for guests. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server team with stocking, cleaning, and managing the flow of your section
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean, polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins
• Pre-bus and bus tables during service, assisting servers as needed
• Clean spills and broken glassware immediately, using floor signs when necessary
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies in good working order while adhering to cleaning and safety standards
• Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages throughout meal service
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create memorable WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned, which may fall outside the normal scope of responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Basic communication skills
• Food and beverage experience is a plus
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during your shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods
• Ability to push and pull food-serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds semi-regularly

Pay

The base hourly wage for this position is $17.50.
