About the role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team as Servers. You’ll provide an enjoyable experience for every guest, serve food and beverages promptly, and deliver responsible service of alcoholic beverages—all while creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience for guests
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly

Requirements

• Welcoming and guest service driven
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1-year serving experience preferred
