Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by greeting guests, seating them, and managing their table throughout their meal.
• Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory as needed.
• Interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner.

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and service procedures.
