The Server helps guests enjoy a complete Boathouse experience through attentive service, strong communication, and care for the details that make a meal feel memorable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the menu, beverages, and dining experience.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs throughout the meal.
• Coordinate with hosts, bartenders, food runners, and managers during service.
• Keep assigned areas organized, clean, and ready for the next guest.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in hospitality and guest care is essential.
• Full-service restaurant experience is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for restaurant hours.

Physical requirements

• This role includes standing and walking for extended periods.
• The work may include carrying trays, reaching, bending, and moving safely through an active dining room.

Work environment

A fast-moving full-service restaurant with indoor and waterfront dining, teamwork, and changing service volume.
