About the role

The Shore Room at The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa is North County’s first oceanfront bar, offering a refined coastal lounge atmosphere with breathtaking views of San Diego’s North Shore. Server Assistants support servers by assisting guests with selections and presenting food and beverage preferences.

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• 6+ years of experience in food and beverage
• Must be available weekends
