Server Assistant - Picobar

About the role

Become the backbone of our dining experience at Picobar & Pool as a Server Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our service team, ensuring smooth operations, anticipating needs, and creating memorable moments for patrons.
• Absolutely essential for your role, you’ll assist in setting up and clearing tables, arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience.
• Assisting guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborating with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicating guest requests or feedback, and coordinating tasks to meet service standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.
