Server Assistant - Lola Rose, Grand Mezze (On-Call)

About the role

As an On-Call Server Assistant, you will assist the restaurant, lounge and bar operations. Your responsibilities include providing assistance to servers and bartenders in running food and drinks, bussing, and ensuring the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bartenders in running food and drinks
• Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21
• Riverside County’s Food Handler’s Card
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced food & beverage establishment
• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel/resort setting (a plus)
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience and education.

Schedule

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays.
