Server Assistant I View Wait Staff

Summary of Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with appropriate settings, glassware, and napkins.
• Expedite food and drink orders from the kitchen, delivering to tables promptly and accurately.
• Refill water glasses, replace utensils, and anticipate guest needs to support a seamless dining experience.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are cleaned and reset efficiently.
• Maintain adequate supplies of glassware, utensils, and other items to support servers in meeting guest needs.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure coordinated and exceptional service.
• Support the entire wait staff team as required to uphold service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
