Server Assistant - Full Time | Grand Vista Lounge
About the Role
The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guests. Duties include table setting and clearing, beverage service, and food running. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
Starting rate: $15.15 per hour + tips.
Responsibilities
- Assist Food Servers in guest service
- Set and clear tables
- Run food and beverages
- Maintain good communication with guests and team members
- Lift, pull, and push moderate weight
Requirements
- Desire to exceed guest expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
- Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid AZ Food Handlers License preferred
