SERVER ASSISTANT / BUSSER (Friday-Sunday Availability) -MITCHELL'S OCEAN CLUB

As a Server Assistant, you’ll help create “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities we serve by supporting managers, servers, and hosts in their duties. This role requires competence in service procedures, a willingness to help associates, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
• Maintain a clean, restaurant-approved uniform and practice positive personal hygiene during all shifts
• Exemplify hospitality standards and handle guest questions, requests, and complaints with satisfaction as the priority
• Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties as needed
• Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive manner
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
• Know and follow emergency procedures in the restaurant
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
