Server Assistant / Busser

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, gracious, and attentive service with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Provide water and beverage service, ensuring refills are handled promptly
• Remove used tableware and glassware between courses
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently after each seating
• Maintain cleanliness of side stations and service areas
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service
• Assist with table movements and setup as needed for reservations or events
• Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork throughout service

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High energy and stamina; ability to remain composed under pressure
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Valid California Food Handler's Card required upon hire
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay

• Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour + tips

Schedule

• Evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
