Server Assistant/Busser

To provide food to the guests

• Ensure prompt delivery of food to guests.
• Maintain proper food temperature during delivery.
• Clean and set tables to restaurant standards.
• Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or designated area.
• Stock bussing stations.
• Clean stations, including sweeping the floor.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Perform buffet setup and refill as needed.
• Aid other restaurant personnel with assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or one to three months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
• Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 1025 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to talk and hear.
