Server Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Aid servers in their tasks to enhance the dining experience.
• Welcome guests by serving water and bread upon seating.
• Assist in carrying food trays to tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Remove soiled dishes from tables and bring them to the dishwashing area.
• Replace soiled linen with clean linen to maintain a fresh and inviting dining environment.
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other items in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining room areas, including dusting chairs before and after meals.
• Stock servers' station with necessary supplies to ensure smooth service.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the dining room, grill, and other specified areas after each serving period.
• Keep ice bins and buckets filled to serve chilled beverages.

• A friendly and pleasant demeanor to provide excellent customer service.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring efficient and organized service.
• Availability to work evening shifts.
