About the role
Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, or clean work areas and replenish supplies
- Provide support that makes transactions feel like part of the experience

Responsibilities
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Manage the menu (read and visually verify information)
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- Must be able to be on your feet and moving around for extended periods
