Job Summary (Essential Functions)
- Serves as the liaison between the kitchen and servers.
- Serves food to guests and carries food trays to appropriate tables.
- Prepares service stations.
- Clears and resets tables, removes all trays from the dining/banquet rooms, and cleans and closes service stations.
