About the role
Bandera in Corona Del Mar is seeking a To Go Specialist to join their service team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated personality, along with an elevated sense of personal style, to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle takeout orders efficiently
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Passion for food and hospitality
