Server Assistant

About the role

Our Server Assistants help deliver the Gordon Ramsay standard of hospitality by supporting the servers and creating a smooth dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables for new guests.
• Keep the dining room and surrounding areas neat and welcoming.
• Absorb and run food and drinks to tables as needed.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure meals are delivered quickly and correctly.
• Help servers respond to guest needs to keep service smooth.
• Support the team and communicate clearly to protect service timing.

Requirements

• Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Team player who works well with both servers and kitchen staff.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy restaurant.
• Strong attention to detail to keep the dining room looking polished.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
