Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assists Servers with food running, table clearing, and guest service.
• Maintains and enhances the quality of customer service in the dining room.
• Works closely with colleagues to support the dining experience.
• Fulfills health and safety standards as required by state law.
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations.
• Stands for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Lifts items weighing at least 50 pounds as needed.
• Communicates effectively using good hearing and basic computer skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a Server preferred, but not necessary.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality.
• Engaged and service-minded attitude.
• Food Safety certification required by state law.
• Basic computer usage skills.
