About the role

Prairie Kitchen & Bar is a full-service 3-meal restaurant located in Hyatt Regency Minneapolis on Nicollet Mall. Servers are responsible for welcoming and servicing guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions, while providing top level service. In addition, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and operations. Prairie Kitchen and Bar Servers should have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Server experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Cash handling skills
• Experienced in fast-paced environment
• Customer service minded
• Flexible availability
• Hotel experience (preferred)
