Server AM or PM - Downtown Franklin

Frothy Monkey is looking for an optimistic and warm Server to join our team at our Downtown Franklin location. We value individuals who excel in both team settings and independent work, and who find joy in making others happy.

Schedule

• Full-time position (>30 hours / week)
• Part-time position (<30 hours / week)
• Hours vary weekly

Responsibilities

• Possess a good working knowledge of all products Frothy serves, including brunch (until 5 pm daily), dinner (5 pm–close), coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails
• Demonstrate reliable communication skills and maintain a neat, professional appearance
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive outlook
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness on the floor and behind the counter
• Multitask between register, brewing coffee, bussing tables, running food, and providing drink refills—always prioritizing guests
• Provide hospitality to guests from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a memorable first experience at Frothy Monkey
• Embody optimism and warmth, working well both in teams and independently
• Smile often and take pleasure in making others happy
• Lift and carry 30+ lbs
