Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve food in the proper sequence and that all patrons receive the proper food in a timely fashion.
• Makes sure that the kitchen staff is producing the food according to specifications.
• Takes orders and makes sure that all customers are serviced and that additional items are ordered.
• Responsible for keeping the restaurant tables bussed and cleaned.
• Responsible for following Health Department standards and requirements.
• Makes sure all patrons have everything that they need for a great dining experience.
• Serves as the main customer service contact for members at the restaurant, including: answering questions, welcoming, and other member communications.
• Responsible for making sure that all opening and closing duties are performed by both the kitchen staff as well as the bar staff.
• Follows daily and weekly duties.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of all menu items.
• Responsible for making sure that all POS stations are reconciled.
• Maintains professionalism when not assisting customers.

Requirements

• Well groomed and professional in appearance.
• An understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary.
