Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve food in the proper sequence and that all patrons receive the proper food in a timely fashion.
- Makes sure that the kitchen staff is producing the food according to specifications.
- Takes orders and makes sure that all customers are serviced and that additional items are ordered.
- Responsible for keeping the restaurant tables bussed and cleaned.
- Responsible for following Health Department standards and requirements.
- Makes sure all patrons have everything that they need for a great dining experience.
- Serves as the main customer service contact for members at the restaurant, including: answering questions, welcoming, and other member communications.
- Responsible for making sure that all opening and closing duties are performed by both the kitchen staff as well as the bar staff.
- Follows daily and weekly duties.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of all menu items.
- Responsible for making sure that all POS stations are reconciled.
- Maintains professionalism when not assisting customers.
Requirements
- Must be highly motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well groomed and professional in appearance.
- An understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary.
