About the role
As we continue expanding in the U.S. market, we’re looking for an SEO Specialist to help drive the execution and optimization of our SEO strategy across our U.S. sites. In this role, you’ll take ownership of hands-on SEO initiatives across content, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and site structure — helping scale organic growth in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. You’ll work closely with a Senior SEO Strategist on priorities and roadmap, while bringing your own SEO experience, analysis, and execution skills to move initiatives forward.
Responsibilities
- Own and implement on-page SEO optimizations across key commercial, category, blog, and landing pages
- Analyse search trends, competitors, rankings, and performance data to identify SEO growth opportunities
- Optimize existing content and key landing pages to improve rankings, CTR, conversion, and visibility in traditional and AI-driven search
- Ensure content aligns with keyword strategy, search intent, internal linking priorities, and e-commerce customer journeys
- Maintain technical SEO improvements, including site audits, crawl errors, redirects, indexing, canonicalization, and site structure recommendations
- Execute internal linking to improve crawlability, relevance, and conversion paths
- Support off-page SEO initiatives in collaboration with PR, partnerships, and other relevant teams
- Track and report on SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, page performance)
- Translate keyword research, search intent, and performance insights into actionable SEO recommendations
- Prioritize SEO opportunities based on potential impact, effort, and business relevance
- Work with content teams to brief, optimize, and improve content based on SEO best practices
- QA SEO changes before and after implementation to ensure accuracy and performance impact
- Identify issues and opportunities proactively, rather than only executing predefined tasks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Content, Development, and Performance teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven experience implementing SEO recommendations across content, on-page, technical, and/or off-page SEO
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, search intent, internal linking, technical SEO, and content optimization
- Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms
- Ability to analyse SEO performance and turn insights into clear actions
- Comfortable working in a CMS and making or coordinating SEO updates at scale
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA SEO changes before and after implementation
- Analytical mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities across different stakeholders
- Proactive mindset. You can identify opportunities, flag issues, and suggest improvements without waiting for every task to be defined
Bonus if you also bring
- Experience working in e-commerce SEO
- Experience supporting SEO migrations, site launches, or larger technical SEO projects
- Familiarity with digital PR, link building, or off-page SEO initiatives
- Experience working in regulated industries or markets with compliance considerations
How you will grow
- Deepen your SEO expertise in a high-growth, performance-driven e-commerce environment
- Work closely with an experienced SEO Strategist and global SEO team
- Expand your experience across on-page, technical, content, and off-page SEO in a competitive market
- Learn how organic search connects to commercial performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Build experience working cross-functionally with Content, Development, Merchandising, PR, and Performance Marketing teams
- Contribute to scalable SEO processes, reporting, and optimization frameworks as the business grows
