Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client calls and meetings to present progress, explain strategy rationale, and gather feedback
  • Translate complex SEO and PPC data and strategies into clear, understandable business insights for clients
  • Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, focusing on ROI and business impact
  • Collaborate with internal strategists to develop comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies for client accounts
  • Manage client expectations by setting realistic timelines and ROI projections aligned with our agency methodology
  • Review campaign performance and strategies developed by our execution teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and expansion opportunities
  • Stay current with SEO and PPC best practices to provide informed strategic guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, with strong knowledge of SEO and PPC principles
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results that meet business objectives
  • Strategic Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, content planning, and technical optimization concepts
  • Strong knowledge of PPC campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to provide strategic insights
  • Understanding of integrated marketing approaches combining SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect data to business outcomes
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and decision makers
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses across various industries
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles in digital marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)

Benefits

  • Salary of $90,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, yearly bonus based on client retention
