SEO & Organic Growth Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional SEO specialist to drive organic growth and revenue. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing content to maximize organic search and AI-driven traffic. You will own the entire SEO process, from technical optimizations to content creation and measurement, with a focus on delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: Manage site architecture, crawl efficiency, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and hreflang. Diagnose and fix indexing issues.
• Programmatic and International SEO: Design and scale country and topic matrices for incorporation, indirect tax, and filing obligations. Ensure content is useful and high-quality.
• AI Optimization (AEO): Optimize Commenda’s presence in AI search results, staying ahead of real-time changes in AI search behavior.
• SEO Engine: Build roadmaps, write briefs, and create systems for content production, working with writers and legal/tax experts to ensure credibility.
• Authority Building: Develop digital PR, partnerships, and data-led assets to earn citations and backlinks, avoiding link schemes.
• Measurement: Track and report on pipeline and revenue impact, not just rankings.
• Execution: Ship changes independently using tools like Claude Code or Codex for site updates, schema, audits, and scripts, with engineering support for heavier tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning SEO end-to-end for a website, with a focus on results, not just task execution.
• Technical expertise in diagnosing and fixing SEO issues across large-scale, multi-market websites.
• Modern and adaptive approach to SEO, including AI optimization and proactive testing.
• High agency and initiative to identify problems and implement solutions without waiting for instructions.
• Sharp content judgment, especially for professional audiences (finance, tax, legal, accounting).
• Experience with finance, tax, legal, or accounting audiences is a plus but not mandatory.
