Responsibilities
- Support system requirements development, management, analysis, and traceability.
- Translate customer requirements and CONOPS into systems requirements and allocate to lower-level requirements.
- Aid in the generation and revision of executable system and subsystem requirements documents, interface documents, and test and verification documents.
- Support systems engineering metrics and technical performance measurement tracking.
- Prepare system engineering materials during system reviews as needed.
- Interface with inter-organizational management and external customers to communicate technical briefings and program status.
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into Hardware and Software specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 Years of related experience; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active US Government Secret Clearance.
- 5+ years experience with writing, maintaining, and/or owning interface requirements.
- Experience in systems engineering tools, such as DOORS, CAMEO.
- Experience in configuration management and product lifecycle management tool(s).
- Experience in developing Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS) or Interface Control Documents (ICD).
Qualifications

- Understanding of SSCMAN 91-710 Range Safety Compliance.
- Experience in developing an Operational Concept (OpsCon) document.
- Experience with large complex design and hardware integration efforts.
- Experience in developing Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS).
- Experience in developing Interface Control Documents (ICD).
Pay
Annual salary range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
Schedule
The standard work schedule for this position is 9/80.
