Sentinel Principal Project Management - 19408
This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel Program. Relocation assistance is not available, but a competitive package may be offered. A Secret security clearance is required for start. Travel is expected at 10% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Support integrated product teams in identifying Government Information and Property requirements, developing solutions, and obtaining joint Gov/NG/Supplier agreements.
- Act as NG focal point for joint Gov/NG Government Information and Property meetings.
- Uphold the Giver/Receiver governance process and procedures.
- Maintain and develop actionable metrics for Giver/Receivers.
- Visit Hill Air Force base to meet with Government and team personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience; master's degree and 3 years’ experience; PhD and 1 years’ experience; or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
- Demonstrated track record/experience in project management/execution and closeout.
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles.
- Capable of working with minimal direction, independently determining and developing technical objectives of assignments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with technical staff, peers, and customers.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6, Giver/Receiver Web Tool, and Business Management Scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- Firm understanding and application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations.
- Executive presence and comfort in communications at that level.
- Experience with establishing Strategy, Roadmap, Vision artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience using SAP, Windows software packages, Atlassian Tool Suite, and other electronic databases.
- Proficient in Agile Development.
- 2 years of experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application or as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
- A successful track record of program performance, interpersonal team building skills, and management experience.
- Experience working with the government with property, facilities, data, and/or software.

Pay
Primary level salary range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
Schedule
This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
