This position will be located in Roy, Utah and support the Sentinel Program. The selected individual will develop the Integration & Test (I&T) strategic vision and lead the team in successful execution while meeting customer Statement of Work (SOW) requirements and company objectives, within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Integration & Test Lead, reporting to the Command Systems- Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (CS-SEIT) Director.
  • Coordinate and execute verification of the Command & Launch segment within the Systems Integration Lab (SIL), alternative ground test sites, and integration and launch preparations at Vandenberg Space Force Base throughout flight test campaigns.
  • Develop test plans and procedures.
  • Act as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM).
  • Brief Segment, Program, and Customer leadership.
  • Work across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of related experience.
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in developing test plans and procedures.
  • Understanding of systems engineering principles, test processes, requirements decomposition and allocation, design, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years of people management experience.
  • Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR).
  • 2+ years of related experience working on the Sentinel program.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams or organizations to achieve common goals.
  • Experience in requirements verification and test planning in an MBSE environment.
  • Experience in test program execution and demonstrated ability to meet program technical, cost, and schedule milestones.
  • Familiarity with Northrop Grumman build execution, processes, procedures, tools, and metrics.
  • Experience with ICBM programs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 8-10 years of experience in IPT-level or program-level management supporting U.S. Government contracts.
  • Experience with complex system development on large programs.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.

Pay

Primary level salary range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; actual offers consider the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Schedule

This position follows a 9/80 work schedule, allowing employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
