Responsibilities

The Sensitive Activity SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provides subject matter expertise and assistance in support of sensitive activity planning, coordination, associated product development and oversight of current and future sensitive mission requirements.
  • Product development includes but is not limited to concepts of operation, deployment orders, reporting requirements, support concepts, information papers and assessments.
  • Affords assistance in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sensitive activity planning, coordination, associated product development and oversight of current and future sensitive mission requirements.
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree
  • Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Security Clearance Requirements

  • Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility
