About the role

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort is seeking a Dining Assistant who embodies a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to every interaction. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

• Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
• Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service to guests
• Aid Food Servers in providing a high-quality, professional, and friendly dining experience, adhering to Four Seasons standards
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
• Stock service items such as condiments, linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food supplies
• Polish silverware and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including discreetly crumbing tables

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Weekend and Holiday availability required

Qualifications

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
