About the role

Provide comprehensive home health care services to seniors in Plattsburgh, NY, including Alzheimer's care, companion care, dementia care, elderly care, in-home care, non-medical home care, personal care assistance, senior home care, and seniors overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Ensure seniors are comfortable and safe at all times
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Organize and maintain a clean living environment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Pass a physical examination
