Join Guardian Angel Senior Services as a Full/Part-Time Home Health Aide or CNA and experience the joy of making a real difference in the lives of seniors. This onsite position is perfect for compassionate individuals who thrive in direct, personal interactions. You’ll work in beautiful locations such as Framingham, Natick, Ashland, Hopkinton, Holliston, Sherborn, Wayland, Sudbury, Hudson, Marlborough, Northborough, and Westborough, allowing you to build relationships and provide vital support in communities close to home. Every day brings new challenges and rewards as you help seniors maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks
• Promote mobility by encouraging clients to adhere to their prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking
• Carefully assist in transferring clients from bed to chair, turning and repositioning them as per their care plans, and addressing pressure point care
• Prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs
• Remind clients about their medications
• Provide continence care
• Housekeeping responsibilities include tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping for those who can drive

Requirements

• HHA or CNA Certification required. If not certified or has certification caregivers will be provided free trainings & certifications.

A valid HHA or CNA certification is mandatory, ensuring you possess the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver top-quality care. A current HHA or CNA certification is required. For those who are not yet certified, don’t worry—free training and certification programs are available to help you get started & expand the skills. Success in this role also requires excellent communication skills, as you'll be interacting with clients and their families regularly. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you'll be interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regularly.
