About the role

The Senior Workforce Management Professional applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance).

Responsibilities

  • Affirms organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives.
  • Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level.
  • Begins to influence department’s strategy.
  • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Staff Planning/Workforce Mgmt. experience in a multi-site Global Contact Center environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workforce management systems, such as Aspect, Verint, and/or Genesys.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Willing to work 8am-5pm EST.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in Process or Project Management.
  • Prior experience managing relationships with multiple Business Process Outsourcers both domestic and internationally.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$71,100 - $97,800 per year
