About the role
We are seeking a collaborative and analytical Workday Systems Analyst to support the ongoing administration, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Management, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, improve business processes, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, recommend scalable solutions, configure and test system enhancements, support production issues, and help ensure data integrity across the platform.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Manage Workday releases, feature adoption, regression testing, and change management activities.
- Support cross-functional Workday projects, including new module rollouts and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to understand current processes and future-state requirements and ensure Workday meets business and regulatory needs.
- Execute mass data updates, conversions, and data validation activities.
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SOPs.
Requirements
- Deep configuration expertise in Core HCM plus at least 3 additional Workday functional areas.
- Advanced knowledge of: Business Process Framework, Security Administration, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, EIBs, Workday Releases, Data Audits and Testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including solid listening and verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday administration and configuration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
