Required Skills
- Workday Certification (Mandatory)
- 7+ years of Workday Integration experience
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, CCW)
- Strong experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Hands-on experience with XSLT, XML, XPath, JSON
- Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party systems
- Knowledge of Workday Extend is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, production support, and integration optimization skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
