The Team
As Senior Workday Analyst, you'll drive the optimization and evolution of Workday across a global, multi-module enterprise system serving thousands of A&M employees and contractors worldwide. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic influence—you'll lead the design and deployment of new functionality, mentor junior analysts, champion best practices, and partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Recruiting to shape how the organization manages talent, compensation, and time. You'll have deep exposure across HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Absence—each offering a different lens on how enterprise HR systems drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for new functionality and modules; translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and system design
- Build, configure, and test new solutions in sandboxes; manage end-to-end deployment cycles
- Drive change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption of new processes and technology
- Partner with Workday implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to scope enhancements and validate solutions
