Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassador – Represent our people-first culture daily by creating a welcoming, comfortable store environment. Deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors.
  • Relationship Builder – Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance. Focus on building loyalty, not just completing transactions.
  • Product and Services Expert – Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. Simplify technology into easy, real-world conversations and stay current on promotions and product knowledge.
  • Store Key Support – As a senior team member, handle opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests. Follow company processes to support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required).
  • 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.

Pay

The wage for this position is between $19.00–$20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range of $42,000–$47,250 annually based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.
