We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role? Actually we need to follow instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "At Salas O’Brien we tell our clients that we’re engineered for impact. This passion for making a difference applies just as much to our team as it does to our projects. That’s why we’re committed to living our values every day: inspiring, achieving, and connecting as shared owners of our success with a focus on a sustainable future. While supporting the enduring stockpile, the group also supports the research and development of next generation GTS technology in support of future weapon systems. Emphasis is on the delivery of programmatic objectives via excellence in personnel safety, security, compliance, and programmatic hardware reliability and availability. The group is the programmatic tenant in two R&D facilities at LANL: The Weapons Engineering Tritium Facility (WETF), and a high-pressure gas transfer system radiological laboratory. At WETF, the group has a diverse array of responsibilities including tritium storage and recycling technologies, legacy item recycling and disposal, high pressure tritium operations, and GTS function testing. The team maintains calorimetry and gas mass spectrometric capabilities that support tritium accountability and the GTS development program as well as diverse programs across LANL. At the high-pressure radiological laboratory, the team supports design agency (DA) and production agency (PA) missions for all LANL weapon systems, including valve and actuator surveillance for both LANL and SNL systems. The lab is a highly active hands-on lab, specializing in gas pressure systems (cleaning, purging, filling, bursting, etc.) and related diagnostics. Supporting equipment includes gloveboxes, fume hood, high pressure compressors, lathes, mills, wire EDMs, thermal chambers, etc. The accepted candidate will provide engineering expertise within the group and for general LANL customers and will work with the team to assist in fulfillment of gas transfer mission objectives as listed above and as deemed necessary." - Responsibilities: list bullet points: "Develop technical expertise and knowledge on gas transfer system technology, tritium science, and related engineering practices. Develop new methods, techniques, capabilities, or approaches to address critical technical problems. Coordinate with personnel to solve instrument maintenance and pressure safety issues. Provide oversight of one or more technical projects. Collaborate with members of the team to solve multidisciplinary problems. Develop, review, and execute technical procedures. Adhere to the requirements for working in facilities with radioactive hazards, including a Hazard Category 2 nuclear facility. Represent the Laboratory to external agencies in defined capacities as necessary. Ability to support laboratory experiment test setup, instrumentation, data analysis, and post report writing" - Qualifications And Experience: "Typical educational requirement is an advanced degree from an ABET accredited engineering college or university program. Travel: N/A" - Compensation & Benefits: "The expected base salary range for this role is $125 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Wellness programs and employee assistance resources Professional development support" - Benefits: "For more information, visit our full benefits overview here." - Then EEO statement, Third-Party Agency Notice etc to be removed. We need to decide sections. We have: - About Us (maybe "About the company" but we can use "About Us" as heading? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings but says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content matches. We have "About Us" content; could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the job summary. The "About Us" is about company. Could we put that under "About the role"? Might be okay but better to have separate "About Us"? The instruction says use those headings as examples, not exclusive. But we should avoid unnecessary sections. The "About Us" is substantive; we could include it under a heading like "About the company" but not in list. However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings where appropriate. For company overview, maybe we can put under "About the role"? But that seems odd. Perhaps we can treat the introductory paragraphs as "About the role" (the job summary). The "About Us" could be considered part of "About the role" or maybe we can omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Could create a section "About the company" but not in the list; but they said use those headings as examples, not that we cannot use others. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This suggests we should use those headings for sections; but we could also use other headings if needed? The examples are just examples; they didn't say we cannot use other headings. But to be safe, we could map content to those headings: "About the role" could include both the introductory paragraph and the job summary? Actually "About the role" likely refers to description of the role. The "About Us" is company overview; maybe we can put that under "About the role" as well, but it's a stretch. Alternatively, we could create a section "About the company" but risk violating instruction. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings; it's just giving examples. Usually in such tasks, they expect you to use those headings if applicable. If we have company info, we could put it under "About the role" or maybe we can omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it. Maybe we can treat the "About Us" as part of the "About the role" section, as it's about the company and role context. We'll combine the introductory paragraph and About Us into a single "About the role" section. Then we have "Job Summary" which is essentially role description; could also be part of "About the role". We'll combine. Then "Responsibilities" as a section. Then "Qualifications And Experience" as a section; we can use "Qualifications" heading. Then "Compensation & Benefits" includes Pay and Benefits. The instruction says only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state compensation: "$125 USD per hour" and benefits list. So we should include Pay and Benefits sections. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they gave separate headings Pay and Benefits as examples. We could create a "Compensation" section (maybe Pay) and a "Benefits" section. Since they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states both pay and benefits, so we can create both. But we also have a separate "Benefits" paragraph after Compensation & Benefits that says "For more information, visit our full benefits overview here." That's just a link; we can include that in Benefits section. We need to avoid filler like "Travel: N/A". That's placeholder; we should not include that. So in Qualifications we should omit "Travel: N/A". Also we should not include "Compensation & Benefits" heading; we should use appropriate headings. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Third-Party Agency Notice, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: The "Benefits" heading appears after Compensation & Benefits; we already have benefits list; the "For more information..." is not duplicated but we can include. Now structure:

We should not include Schedule section because not mentioned. Check for any other substantive info: The job summary includes details about facilities, equipment, etc. That's already in About the role section. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Accepted candidate will
