Key Responsibilities
- Act as a fiduciary on behalf of the client in all advisory related matters.
- Act as a primary client contact on all financial planning related inquiries and projects.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Manage and present results of planning projects.
- Document all client communication utilizing CRM to keep the client team informed and ensure that all client related tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Lead client calls and meetings and manage the follow up process.
- Manage the financial planning process, coordinating scheduled, workload, client outreach, and final delivery of all planning related reporting, analyses, and services.
- Perform financial planning research and design solutions to client specific planning needs.
- Annually or as needed conduct client review to identify planning opportunities and resolve outstanding planning issues.
- Review tax, insurance, and estate planning documents, identify, and communicate planning opportunities to mitigate risks associated with each facet of client interaction.
- Maintain current industry and planning knowledge through attendance at seminars and industry presentations.
Supervisory General and Administrative
- Develop and coach the wealth planners.
- Manage workload and provide opportunities for client contact and communication.
Position Goals
- Maintain CFP certification.
- Develop in-house expertise in a variety of planning related disciplines.
- Create efficient planning processes and team functions.
- Create market identity and presence through networking/online and social media outlets, where appropriate.

Qualifications
- CFP certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years experience in business/finance or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate ability to build strong relationships and work with diverse personalities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to solve problems.
- Demonstrate integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CRM and/or portfolio management system preferred.

Pay Range
The approximate pay range for this position is $97,692 to $127,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.
