Senior Wealth Manager, TRPG
About the role
TRPG, a subsidiary of Cetera Financial, seeks a Senior Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team in Houston (Cypress), TX. This role requires at least 5 years of industry experience, preferably in financial services, with a focus on planning-based advising. A FINRA Series 65 License or CFP designation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new clients using TRPG-generated leads, referrals, and outbound calls
- Use the Wealth Accelerator Process to educate and convert leads into clients
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize relationships and create referrals
- Work with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and financial information
- Create and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Maximize client relationships and keep SalesForce updated
- Research industry guidelines and stay informed about current events and market trends
- Comply with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Financial Services industry experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a planning-based Advisor
- FINRA Series 65 License or 7 and 66 CFP designation preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRMs

The compensation range for this role is $115,000 annually, plus a competitive incentive compensation package. Benefits include:

Pay
The base annual salary for this role is $115,000, plus a competitive incentive compensation package. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Schedule
This role is full-time and offers a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of both the employee and the client.
