This individual will be responsible for delivering personalized, comprehensive wealth strategies and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, including tax and estate planning, investment management, and asset allocation. Above all, you will provide exceptional service, being supported by your team as you grow and manage your own book of clients. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ Years of experience in wealth management or a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Series 65 or equivalent required.
  • 5+ Years of Current IAR Registration preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with internal teams to achieve client and firm goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and portfolio management tools is a plus.
