About the role
We're looking for a Senior Wealth Management Banker to:
- build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisors, key branch personnel and clients
- promote banking and lending capabilities through branch education, consultation with advisors and guidance to clients
- partner with other field sales and marketing groups to provide expert content to the branch network and internal sales partners
- review and analyze origination pipelines, especially mortgage pipelines, of assigned branches and identify ways to improve processes
- define territory management strategy, tracking and reporting on business results, and sharing outcomes
Responsibilities
- work closely with Financial Advisors to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions
- educate branch personnel on banking and lending capabilities
- guide clients through the banking and lending process
- collaborate with other field sales and marketing groups to enhance the branch network
- analyze and improve origination pipelines, particularly mortgage pipelines
- develop and implement territory management strategies
Requirements
Requirements include:
- a university degree
- a proven track record in supporting high net worth clients
- knowledge of securities-based lending, mortgage banking, and private banking products
- ability to quickly learn mortgage origination if not already familiar
- strong communication and presentation skills
- confident decision-making, organization, and attention to detail
- willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Qualifications

Pay
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
- United States - Minnesota - Minneapolis: min USD 140000 - max USD 180000
- United States - Washington - Seattle: min USD 140000 - max USD 180000
- United States - Washington - Bellevue: min USD 140000 - max USD 180000 /annum
