About the role
A growing wealth management firm seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor / Financial Advisor to work directly with clients on financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax-efficient strategies, and relationship growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen client relationships
- Build customized financial plans and investment strategies
- Advise on asset allocation, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient strategies
- Review client portfolios, risk tolerance, and long-term goals
- Identify growth opportunities through existing and prospective client relationships
- Partner with tax, estate, insurance, and planning professionals
- Maintain strong fiduciary, compliance, and ethical standards
- Use financial planning software, CRM, portfolio tools, and investment research resources
Requirements
- Experience as a Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, or Senior Advisor
- Strong financial planning and investment management background
- Sales / business development experience
- CFP® strongly preferred
- Series 65 strongly preferred, especially for candidates targeting the top end of compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client trust
Qualifications
Compensation includes a strong base salary plus incentive opportunities tied to net new assets and revenue responsibility.
