Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Leads the planning and delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects
- Shapes the growth and direction of the Water and Wastewater practice
- Manages multidisciplinary teams
- Builds strong client relationships
- Contributes to business development efforts
- Drives innovation in sustainable infrastructure solutions
Requirements
- Mastery of technical fundamentals
- Advanced proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Market Sector Software, and vendor-provided tools
- Expertise in technical problem-solving and guiding others
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Advanced understanding of scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Interpretation and application of industry standards and regulations
- Frequent direct communications with clients
- Leadership and supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 15+ years of experience in civil engineering, with 14+ years preferred with advanced degree
- PE certification required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
