Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
• Drive business development efforts, identify leads, develop proposals, and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering growth and excellence.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
• Florida PE license.
• 15+ years of experience in drainage and water resources projects.
• Expertise in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and proficiency in Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in business development and managing multidiscipline teams.

Qualifications

• PE License in Florida Water Resources Management.
• Experience in Florida.
