Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Water Damage Restoration Specialist with 3+ years of experience in property damage restoration, including advanced structure drying and restoration processes. The ideal candidate will possess multiple industry certifications and have experience leading teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of drying strategies for buildings damaged by water from various sources.
  • Remove damaged building materials and install advanced drying equipment to dry buildings.
  • Follow IICRC guidelines and company processes to assist homes and businesses in recovering from water damage events.
  • Document job site conditions using advanced technology to verify project completion.
  • Makes independent decisions regarding adjustments to drying plans, demolition activities, and team member assignments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders including property owners, insurance representatives, and company file managers.
  • Manage customer experience throughout the project to ensure positive reviews.
  • Work on both residential and commercial water projects as a leader or part of a team.
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call program for 1 week out of 4, and be available to mobilize and travel out of state for regional and national CAT work.
  • Be available for extended shifts and on-call after-hours shifts as part of the 24-hour on-call program.
  • Wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during work shifts.

Requirements

  • Current IICRC WRT and ASD certifications.
  • Insurable Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
  • Experience with industry software including Mitigate and Dash.
  • AMRT and Mold Remediation certifications.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience leading teams on large projects.
  • Willingness to travel out of town for regional and national CAT work.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75-100lbs.
  • Ability to stoop, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a variety of climate and environmental conditions.
  • Ability to work with power tools and other specialty equipment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years related work experience.
  • Understanding of building and construction assemblies.
  • Willing to lead and be accountable for assigned projects' results.
  • Able to use smartphone apps for job-related duties and functions.
  • Able to use technology including digital cameras, email, text messages, and industry job management software.
